Professor Jiang Predicts: US WILL LOSE Iran War
Professor Jiang, the creator of the Predictive History YouTube channel, discusses his analysis of the escalating conflict between the United States and Iran. Having accurately predicted Donald Trump’s 2024 election victory and the subsequent initiation of hostilities, Jiang argues that the U.S. is on a path to losing this war. He attributes Iran's advantage to twenty years of strategic preparation and a successful "war of attrition" strategy executed through regional proxies like the Houthis and Hezbollah.
The professor explains that Iran is targeting the global economy by striking critical infrastructure in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, such as water desalination plants and energy hubs. He warns that if these nations can no longer recycle petrodollars into the American economy, the U.S. financial system—including the current AI-driven investment bubble—could collapse. This economic shift, combined with the U.S. military’s struggle to counter low-cost drone technology with expensive interceptor missiles, signals a potential end to American global hegemony and a transition toward a multipolar world.
Regarding the motivations behind the conflict, Jiang suggests a combination of geopolitical hubris, internal political calculations, and deeper "eschatological" influences. He notes that while top military officials warned against the war, political pressure and financial ties to Saudi Arabia and Israel may have influenced the decision. Furthermore, he speculates that the conflict could provide a pretext for emergency war powers or the delay of future elections. Ultimately, Jiang views the current trajectory as a historic reordering of the global financial and political landscape.
