Original Garden of Eden in Iran?
Many anthropologists and historians of comparative religion and mythology--those who take these locations literally-- believe that the marshes and nature of the Khuzestan province of southwest Iran and southeast Iraq may have been the actual location referred to as the 'Garden of Eden' by Abraham of Ur, and the Abrahamic religions.
